We work with capital partners
Mid Atlantic Commercial Buyers is a direct buyer, and we do not fund every purchase from a single balance sheet. We have partners across the country who fund alongside us.
Those partners include hedge funds, high net worth individuals, syndicators and lenders. Between them we build the capital stack for a given property, and which partners are involved depends on the size of the deal, the asset type and the structure.
The practical result for you is that we are not waiting on one lender's decision. If a property fits, there is more than one way to fund it.
What this means for you
You are still dealing with us
Capital partners fund the purchase. They do not take over the conversation. The person you speak to is the person who decides.
Our written offer is the number we close at
Whatever the funding arrangement looks like behind the scenes, the signed contract is what governs.
You are free to compare
Getting a second opinion or taking the property to a broker is reasonable, and we will not push you away from doing it.
Confidentiality holds
Sharing a property with a funding partner is not the same as marketing it. If you do not want the property known about, it is not going to be. We are happy to sign an NDA.
Advertising and measurement
This site may appear in paid search results or other advertising, and we use call tracking and analytics so we can tell which pages and sources produce enquiries. That is measurement. It does not change what we offer for a property.
Any third party service we use receives only what it needs to do that job. Our Privacy Policy covers what is collected and shared.
